- Establishing and maintaining new or existing employee personal data and payroll files through systematic approaches.
- Providing computation and processing of employee attendance records and leave benefits.
- Providing comprehensive payroll services, including salary calculation, disbursement, issuance of digital pay slips, and calculation of other relevant allowances and incentives.
- Preparing Form 8A (SOCSO), PCB (Income Tax), Form A (EPF), and EIS (SOCSO), and ensuring statutory contributions and payments are completed before the 15th of the month.
- Providing employee payroll reports/payroll summary for management review.
- Performing detailed reviews on supporting documents regarding employee reimbursements to ensure compliance with company regulations.

- Generating annual EA forms and Form E through the system and submitting them online.

- Coordinating with the employer to develop a structured exit plan that includes timelines, responsibilities, and key steps for exit management.
- Managing the formal resignation process, including receiving and processing resignation letters and scheduling exit interviews.
- Conducting exit interviews to gather feedback from the departing employee, providing valuable insights for improving workplace conditions.
- Facilitating the transfer of responsibilities and knowledge from the departing employee to their successor or team members.
- Calculating and processing the final settlement, including any outstanding salaries, bonuses, leave encashments, visa cancellations, and other financial aspects.
